Life as a mommy of an 18 month old baby boy is definitely keeps me busy!
He loves to make me chase him all over the place! My 18 month old son depends on me for everything for him such as fixing his drinks in his sippy cups. Preparing and making his snacks and meals. My Son is not potty trained, we have not even started potty training. Therefore my sons needs me to change his diaper and he definitely lets me know he needs a change. I am seriously thinking about starting potty training soon.
My son Definitely loves fruits and Vegetables of all vareity! He loves eating all different sorts of food expecially eggs! My son will make sure I know what he wants by making some kind of noise since he only can say a few words. Really concerned about my son not talking as much as he should be! I have already talked with my son's doctor about this issue at his next doctors appointment if he is not talking more we will be having a discussion about speech therapy!
I love being a mommy I am blessed that God Choose me to be my sons mommy!

I Feel Exhausted!
I feel exhausted from today's work as a full time mommy that's right I said it! Being a full time mommy is work and it's hard work that us mommys don't get paid for doing. We don't get paychecks for working full time at home with our children! We do how ever get rewarded with loving affections and I love you's from our children when our children get old enough to talk! When our children are not talking yet we get to see all our children's cute smiles, laughs and grins! Mommys who stay at home get to see and hear all of our children's firsts in life!
I got to see my daughter take her very first steps! My daughters first words were mama! I got to hear my sons first laughs and his first sounds he is only almost 2 months old and is already trying to start baby talk!

I feel like a cow being milked
I feel like I am a cow that's being milked. I am constantly breastfeeding my son. I breastfeeding him just about every hour or hour and half. He is constantly hungry so I am constantly breastfeeding him non stop! Now don't get me wrong I love my son very much. I love and enjoy breastfeeding! I love knowing I am giving my son the best my breast milk. I just get tried of feeling like I am constantly being sucked on knowing that my son sometimes is really not eating and using me as a pacifier. This is part of breastfeeding this is my journey of being a breastfeeding mom is there any breastfeeding moms out that feel the same way sometimes!

My Breastfeeding Journey
I have been breastfeeding my son since the day he was born! If I knew what I know now about breastfeeding I would have continued breastfeeding my daughter when I started breastfeeding her. My son is now 5 weeks old and still going strong things have gotten better with breastfeeding!
We had A rough start I experienced a lot of struggles during this journey of breastfeeding with my son that I didn't experience with my daughter. For example incorrect latching my son was incorrectly latching and I didn't know it and my nipples were so burised and sore. I daughter I know now latched on correctly and she was getting enough breastmilk which I was paranoid about what I have learned with my son I should have known with my daughter but no one told me. Plus it didn't help we I had no one in my Conner to support me in my breastfeeding journey with my daughter.
This is why I decided to create Katherine's Breastfeeding Support Page on FB. Because all woman & mothers who are thinking about breastfeeding and who are breastfeeding need to have support! I created a place on FB for that support, encouraent, inspiration and sharing of breastfeeding stories life experiences! It is so important that woman have support From other woman and breastfeeding mothers! This is a place they can come to to form relationships with other woman and breastfeeding mothers!

Beautiful Cool Summer Day!
I love summer days like today When it's warm but have the summer cool breeze! Today I got out and done some things I needed to do since it was pretty cool today! I am pregnant and I can't stand to be out in the heat! Today was nice and cool not to hot or cold! I really enjoyed being outside today.
I love being outside and being active during the summer months. This is the time of the year when I normally would go swimming at a lake, and go camping! I love to go fishing I wish I could go fishing and eat the fish we catch. Unfortunately if I went fishing I can not eat the fish we caught due to the fact it's not safe to eat during my pregnancy!
It just would be nice to just to go and enjoy the time with family and friends fishing together. I can't wait till I can take my daughter and son fishing together. I can't wait till the day I can take both my daughter and son camping together. I want to share some of the experience I use have when I was growing up with my children. Camping, fishing and boating together as a family I want my children to have wonderfully childhood memories and trandtions that they can pass down to their children in the future.
I want my children to have those wonderful bonding memories they ca share with their children in the future. I want to do as many things with them as much as possible before they get older and don't want to do those family bonding times. Before I know it the years of my children being young will be long gone and I be left with nothing but the memories when they were growing up.
I want to make good memories with my children that will last a lifetime. I want to leave my children with memories that make a good and lasting impressions of footprints in their lives. I want my children to have childhood memories that effect how they bond with their children in the future.
I know as a mother and parent I have made some mistakes with my daughter that I can't take back! I pray everyday that I can replace those bad memories to where she will forget them because of all the new memories.

Being A Parent In Today's Society
I just want to say it's not easy being parent in today's society. All of us who are parents or acting as guardians, we all worry about our children! We worry about them no matter where they may be! I know personally that I worried about DDS getting involved in my life one of my any worst fears! Now that I been through a DSS Case and my mom currently has custody of my daughter who is now 5!
I truly understand how a little mistake that a parent makes can turn not only the parents world upside down but the child's as well! I can truly and honestly say I understand how easily a simple mistake a parent makes can cause DSS to come in the family's life!
I am working towards reuniting my daughter back into my home, where she belongs with me and her father. I am currently pregnant with my second child a little boy! I am so excited about having a son and how my daughter is going to react when her brother is born. I want my baby girl my pumpkin pie back home with me and be raised with her brother.
I also worry about my children being molested. I worry about my children just up and disappearing out of thin air and never being found! There are so many parents who still have not found their beloved children! Those parents who have found their children alive are blessed! Those parents who found there children but were murdered or found dead are still blessed because they have closure. The parents whose children who are still missing or who has never been found are in turmoil. They don't have any kind of closure. My heart goes out to you.
As a individual I am a worry wart as a parent I am even more of a worry wart. When you are child is not in your custody and is in someone else's custody or care you worry even more! Because we as the parent are not in controls or in in the loop were out child or children are at at every waking moment or minute! If anything was to happen to our child or children while in somebody else's care that's a guilt we carry for the rest of our lives!
As parents we will never stop worry about our child or children. I know as a parent I will never stop worrying about my children! I worry about my children if they are going to be a child that will follow in my footsteps or will succeeded beyond my dreams! I want the best for my children just like any other parent wants the best for there children!
As Parent I worry about my children growing up knowing I loved them enough to sacrifice the things I wanted for the things they wanted! I want my children to know I loved them enough to give up things just so they can and could have the best! I want my children to know just because I am their mom does not make me perfect! I am still human and I will make mistakes! What will make me a better person as individual and as a mom/parent is that I admit my mistakes to my children and apologize to them I still love them! As the parent the child will then learn from us how to recognize when they made a mistake and it's ok to admit the mistake to apologize for that mistake!
I have already admitted to my daughter that I have made a mistake and it will never happen again! For such a small and young child my daughter understands it takes time for things that she wants to take place! My daughter understands that concept better than adults do! Everything has its time and place.
There has been somedays all I wanted to do is cry all day! There have been days all I want to do is just yell
And scram in to the mountains! Every parent has there days and moments.
We as parents forget to take care of ourselves first. We as parents are always putting our children first and foremost! We forget we have needs to like we need to hair have some me time even if it's only for five minutes to relax and recollect our selves, thought and emotions!
If we can't take care of ourselves on a mental and spiritual level how can we take care of our children on any level. I had to learn this I can't keep putting myself in the back burner all the time as a parent. I have to make time for myself even if it's just for five to ten minutes for relaxing time in a hot bubble bath, reading, writing such as keeping a journal something to help the stress of the day, during the day or before the at begins!
